Science circus to perform at historic site for dawn to dusk day

Conservation Carnival, a science circus from Albuquerque, will perform and bring their Green Machine Museum Theatre to the new Schuler Education Pavilion at the Coronado Historic Site in Bernalillo Sept. 1 for the historic site's Dawn to Dusk day.
"Visitors can enjoy extended hours at Coronado Historic Site, as well as a special performance and educational activities with Conservation Carnivale at our monthly Dawn to Dusk day," it reads in a release.
According to the release, Dawn to Dusk gives visitors a chance to enjoy the site and activities in the early mornings, throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
"Conservation Carnivale is a science circus that uses novel and entertaining ways to educate and celebrate ecosystems in the Middle Rio Grande Watershed," it reads.
Admission is free to all New Mexico residents with ID. Non-residents will have to pay a small fee.
The historic site will be open from 6:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The circus performance will take place from 2-4 p.m.
