'Ranger Read and Learn ' coming to Martha Liebert Public Library

BERNALILLO — In partnership with the Coronado Historic Site, Martha Liebert Public Library is offering a "Ranger Read and Learn" story time Nov. 16.

The book being read is "Gobble,Gobble: One Year in the Life of a Wild Turkey" by Cathryn Falwell. The respective ranger will then discuss how people lived at Kuaua and the Jemez Pueblos and how they domesticated wild turkeys and used their feathers.

The Ranger Read and Learn is free and open to all ages and will run from 10-11 a.m.

During a Ranger Read and Learn, a ranger from Coronado Historic Site will read a story, talk to those in attendance, and engage in a assortment of activities.

Martha Liebert Public Library is located at 124 Calle Malinche, Bernalillo.
