Police arrest Jon Doe trying to break Intel glass door
Intel – New Mexico
Jon Doe, later identified as John Guardo, about 36, of an unknown origin, was arrested April 1 for battery, assault, disorderly conduct and concealing identity at Intel.
Rio Rancho Police responded to a call of an intoxicated man (Guardo) outside Intel's entrance who was trying to break the glass door with a rock.
By the time police arrived, security had detained Guardo on the ground. While standing him up, he leaned back and spit on the security manager.
The security team told police they attempted to approach Guardo before police got there. When they did so, he charged at them and tried to strike one security officer. The other security guards then took the man down to the ground.
Police note that Guardor refused to provide any information upon his arrest and was initially booked as Jon Doe. It wasn't until after he was booked that he was identified.
Guardo will face two years in prison if convicted.
