Former County Assessor Rudy Casaus dies in motor vehicle crash

Former Sandoval County Assessor died in a motor vehicle crash Saturday in Bernalillo, according to a press release from Sandoval County.

Casaus was the father of current Sandoval County Sheriff Jesse James Casaus.

The release said Rudy Casaus had been with the county since 1974.
