On Oct. 18, Grand Ole Opry member and multi-platinum songwriter and artist Chris Janson will bring his particular brand of “new breed” country music to the Rio Rancho Events Center alongside Nashville native Matt Stell.

Tickets for the event are on sale now through Ticketmaster.com.

Janson, 38, is known as a songwriter throughout the country music world, having drawn collaboration attention from stars like Tim McGraw, Justin Moore, Cody Johnson and Hank Williams Jr., but he is also known as an avid outdoorsman — he has collaborations with both Bass Pro Shop and Cabela’s —which brings a real-world, down-home feel to his music.

According to a news release, “Beyond [Janson’s] artistry are his live shows, where all that heart-on-the-four-wheeler songwriting meets the fans where they come to rock.”

Rolling Stone praised Janson’s live shows as “a live legacy in the making.”

Alongside Janson will be rising star Stell, who has already amassed over a half a billion on-demand streams, earning him numerous awards, according to the news release.

“Matt Stell has quickly made his mark on country music as one of only eight new artists in the past six years to have consecutive #1s with two back-to-back chart-toppers,” said the release.
